
Meet The Cast

Gabriel Ryland
Frank-N-Furter
Gabriel is from Huron, South Dakota and has been living in the St. Cloud area for some time now. He is highly involved in the local theatre scene, most recently cast in "Clown Bar 2" through Little Theatre in New London, and Divergent Stars Theatre's production of "Green Day's American Idiot" earlier this year. He also showcased one of his original works "Shocking News" in Central MN Theatre's fall dinner theatre series "Dine & Drama!" After "The Rocky Horror Show" ends he hopes to get more writing done until the next big opportunity to hit the stage!

Phil Jensen
Brad
Phil, hailing from Askov, is making his community theatre debut with his role of "Brad" in this year's "The Rocky Horror Show"! They haven't been on the stage in a theatre setting since high school but a few years ago they were in the orchestra pit for Concordia College - Moorhead's "Big Fish!" Outside of theatre he loves to play his many musical instruments and has his own recording equipment set-up at his apartment. After "The Rocky Horror Show" closes they would like to start up piano lessons again and explore what voice lessons would entail. He will be on the stage again soon without a doubt!

Olivia Maselter
Janet
Olivia lives in Cold Spring and is well-acquainted with the limelight. She is a student at SCSU and spends most evenings either working at Marnanteli’s Pizza and Grill, studying, or rehearsing for her next big performance. She was most recently cast in Great Northern Theatre Company's production of "The Little Mermaid" and helped choreograph their winter musical "White Christmas" last year. Outside the realm of theatre she enjoys relaxing on a sunny day while taking in all the fresh air, embracing the peace and quiet. After Rocky Horror she plans to rest up and continue her schooling, seeking out the next opportunity to hit the stage!

KateLynn Rentz
Columbia
KateLynn, proud owner of The Mad Hatter’s Closet, resides in Sauk Rapids and works as a Psychologist for a local school district. She has been involved in every Divergent Stars Theatre's production and is known for her amazing work costuming all of the casts for our shows, including this one! In her free time you'll find her singing, dancing, and crafting whimsical artistic creations, especially custom hats. After Rocky Horror, she is looking forward to expanding her business operations and creating even more artistic opportunities for our community. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone by providing a safe space for LGBTQIA+ community members and ensuring a body positive experience that makes everyone feel comfortable and beautiful is had along the way.

Kristi Bryant
Magenta & Usherette
Kristi spends her days as a Nurse Manager of a local psychiatric facility for children and her evenings as a performer. She was most recently cast in GREAT Theatre's production of "Descendants" last year and "Matilda" the year prior. She has a few hobbies outside of theatre, including crocheting, painting, and kayaking, and she is always in the mood for a good crime documentary or a spontaneous adventure! After "The Rocky Horror Show" she plans to spend time traveling and awaiting for her next adventure!

Kelly Sevcik
Riff Raff
Kelly, current resident of Saint Cloud, has been very busy this year working with Divergent Stars Theatre! Earlier this year they took on the huge undertaking of Artistic Director for "Green Day's American Idiot!" and they have continuously helped behind-the-scenes with many of our events, all in addition to their current role in Rocky Horror. Outside of theatre she enjoys spending time sewing and crafting, and spending time with her friends, especially during the spooky season. After Rocky Horror has ended, they plan to hunker down and try to stay warm over the next winter season!

Khalil Uvero
Narrator
Khalil has been a true asset to Divergent Stars Theatre from the beginning. She has been involved in nearly every Central MN Theatre production, either on-the-stage or behind-the-scenes. She also happens to be the one behind the camera for all of our beautiful cast headshots! Khalil was most recently cast in Better Times Theatre's production of "Company" earlier this year and GREAT Theatre's production of "Lightning Thief: Percy Jackson The Musical!" After "The Rocky Horror Show" she plans to start preparing for GREAT Theatre's “All Shook Up” auditions and will continue to seek out the next opportunity to be involved!

Travis Westaby
Rocky
Travis, resident of St. Cloud, has been a big fan of musical theatre. When he saw auditions Rocky Horror hit his timeline he just had to sign up! And now after many weeks of rehearsal he's ready to hit the main stage! After "The Rocky Horror Show" closes he plans to "keep on keeping on" while quietly preparing for his next big role.

Max Finlayson
Dr. Scott
Max is no stranger to the local theatre scene and has been involved in a plethora of productions over the years. He is from and currently resides in Sauk Rapids and you'll find him spending his days working at Coborn’s Marketplace downtown. Max was most recently cast as "Lefou" in GREAT's production of "Beauty and the Beast and took the role of "Willy Wonka" in Better Times Theatre's musical production last summer. Outside of theatre Max takes pride in his abilities to memorize fine details and is truly passionate for film and cinema, especially horror and sci-fi B-movies from the 1930s to the 1960s. Once Rocky Horror finishes he hopes to find time to hang out with friends as he prepares to audition for GREAT Theatre's production of "Mary Poppins!"

Matthew Benton
Eddie
Matthew has been a real asset to Divergent Stars ever since their first time working with us. They are originally from Texas and have been highly involved in the local theatre scene since they moved here. Most recently they had three roles in Central MN Theatre's fall dinner theatre series and played "Tunny" in Divergent Stars' production of "Green Day's American Idiot!" Outside of theatre Matthew enjoys socializing with their friends and once Rocky Horror is done they plan to seek out the next intriguing opportunity to hit the stage!

Christina Binder
Phantom
Christina spends her days as a certified nursing assistant and her evenings as a performer. This year alone she has been cast in Better Times's production of "Company", Divergent Stars's production of "Green Day's American Idiot, and Central MN Theatre's early spring dinner theatre series "Scripts & Savories!" Outside the world of theatre she enjoys gymnastics, as she has been a gymnast for over 15 years, and spending time with her friends. After "The Rocky Horror Show" she plans to focus on her work and her art while she waits for the next opportunity to hit the stage!

Reggie Bostrom
Phantom
Reggie, originally from St. Joesph, will be hitting the stage with Divergent Stars Theatre! They were most recently involved in a production of “No Strings Attached” at the SCSU where they had a role on-stage and helped co-write & sound design. She has also been involved with a handful of other productions through the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University over the years. Outside of theatre he is a DJ on KVSC on FM 88.1, make sure to tune in! After Rocky Horror they plan to hibernate through the winter and will "see what becomes of me in the spring!"

Rachel Hannahs
Phantom
Rachel is from St. Cloud and currently works at Medspa in Sartell. Her theatrical career most recently consists of costuming and lighting design for a handful of local productions. This is her first time on stage in over 8 years and she's very happy to be back! Outside of the theatre realm she loves tarot and crystals! Her plans after Rocky Horror include more sleep, making sushi, and helping organize a sober harm reduction group for our community!

Mikayla Donahue
Phantom
Mikayla is from the Sauk Rapids/Foley area and spends her days as a behavioral paraprofessional. She an owner of Central MN Theatre and just finished up helping behind-the-scenes with their "Dine & Drama" dinner theatre series. She was most recently choreographer for Better Times Theatre's production of "Company" and was last on stage for Divergent Stars's production of "Rent!" After "The Rocky Horror Show" she plans to continue growing the theatre company and her talents on big stage!

Cole Engstrom-Bolstad

Cole, local resident of Sartell, has etched his name into the local theatre community. They were most recently cast in Divergent Stars' production of "Green Day's American Idiot" as St. Jimmy and cast as Eddie in last year’s production of "The Rocky Horror Show", showcasing their flair for dramatic roles. After this year’s production of Rocky Horror he plans to stay involved in the local theatre and art scene as best he can!
