Scripts & Savories will showcase three original one-act plays, penned by local playwright Alan Hams and adapted to the mini stage by Teri Hams, delving into the complex dynamics of relationships and the impact of everyday adult life, leaving audiences with smiles and hearts aglow.
- "The Ledge"
Amidst the afternoon sun, two men discover themselves stuck on a ledge outside a large skyscraper in the heart of NYC, several stories above the bustling streets. As they grapple with their predicament, the reasons behind their presence on the ledge unfold.
- "Breakfast in the Suburbs"
A married couple, navigating the challenges of raising teenagers, confronts the harsh reality that their relationship is in jeopardy. As communication and collaboration continue to diminishes between the two, a profound crisis emerges, threatening the foundation of their marriage.
- "Willful Endangerment"
In the waiting room of a psychologist's office, an unlikely group of individuals come together as they wait to start their court imposed Anger Management class. As time passes, they uncover the unique series of events that lead up to them to attending the session in the first place.
